2.4L DIESEL (FROM FEBRUARY, 1995)

The 2.4L diesel engine (2/95 and up) uses a single serpentine belt. For drive belt routing, refer to

Fig. 11

Removal & Installation

1. Lift tensioning roller with Lever Tool (3299) and remove serpentine belt from the generator pulley.

NOTE: If reusing the serpentine belt, mark the direction of rotation. When installing

the belt make sure it is correctly seated in the pulley.
